Building trustworthy technology, one sector at a time
Incorporated in 2024, live in the market since late 2025.
Karntarah is a Kenyan-registered Private Limited Company that builds and operates digital platforms connecting service providers with everyday consumers - beginning with mobility and real estate, and now expanding into cloud infrastructure and embedded/IoT hardware.
We currently operate two live products - Motik, a car hire platform, and Sucasa, a real estate management platform - with a cloud hosting platform in active development and a hardware division for home automation systems in its early design phase.
To become a leading technology group in East Africa, recognised as a major player in cloud services and in embedded systems and IoT within the next five years.
To build trustworthy, well-verified digital platforms and connected hardware that simplify how people access mobility, housing, computing infrastructure, and home automation - backed by rigorous quality checks at every step of service delivery.

Growth strategy & outlook
Having moved from incorporation in 2024 to live commercial operations in late 2025, Karntarah is following a deliberate sequence: establish trusted, verification-driven consumer platforms in mobility and real estate, extend into cloud infrastructure to serve the developer ecosystem, and build a hardware division to capture the growing home automation and IoT market. Over the next five years, we aim to be recognised as a major player in both the cloud services industry and the embedded systems and IoT industry, while continuing to grow Motik and Sucasa as trusted platforms in their respective markets.
